No Refund Policy

Ixora Academy will not issue refunds under the following conditions:

The student fails to attend required interviews, visa appointments, or submit necessary documents on time, as specified by Ixora Academy or the relevant authorities.
The student decides to change the country or course of study after services have commenced, without following the application change process advised by Ixora Academy.
Failure to achieve the required test scores in English proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE) to meet the eligibility requirements set by the educational institution or immigration authorities.
Submission of incomplete, fraudulent, or false documentation or information during the application process.
If a visa interview is requested by the immigration authorities and the student fails to attend.

Mode of Refund

All refunds will be processed through bank transfer to the student’s registered account. Refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances, in compliance with Indian financial regulations.

Other Terms and Conditions

Non-Transferable Fees: Service fees paid to Ixora Academy are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another student or family member if the original applicant decides to abandon the process.
Additional Charges: Any additional fees required by educational institutions, such as evaluation or processing fees, must be borne by the student. Ixora Academy’s service fees cover application-related guidance only.
Complaints: If students have any complaints regarding our services, they may submit them to Ixora Academy. Our dedicated team will review and respond to all complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising in connection with this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
