Previous Applications: You agree that you have not applied to any institutions independently or through any other agency, except as disclosed to Ixora Academy.
Authorization to Represent: You authorize Ixora Academy to represent you in matters related to admissions, visa applications, and other educational processes with relevant institutions and authorities.
Consent for Information Sharing: You consent to Ixora Academy sharing your information with international educational institutions and other relevant authorities. You also agree to receive communications from Ixora via SMS, email, or phone.

3. Scope of Ixora Academy’s Services

Ixora Academy offers guidance and assistance in securing admissions and processing visa applications, among other educational services. However, the services provided are limited to advisory and support roles, and we do not control the final outcomes of applications or admissions.

Program and Institute Governance: You acknowledge that the courses, programs, and qualifications you are applying for are governed by the policies and criteria of the respective educational institutions, and not by Ixora Academy.
No Admission Guarantee: Ixora Academy does not guarantee admission to any educational institution, as admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the institutions. We are not liable for any rejections or refusals from institutions or immigration authorities.

Timely Submission of Documents: It is your responsibility to provide all necessary documents and information within the specified timelines for applications, admissions, and visa processing. Ixora Academy is not responsible for delays or denials resulting from late or incomplete submissions.
Communication with Ixora Academy: You are responsible for maintaining open communication with Ixora Academy throughout your application and admission process. This includes responding to requests for information, attending scheduled meetings, and following up on tasks as needed.

Ixora Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of opportunities or delays in the processing of admissions and visas. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services and does not extend to any external expenses or obligations.
